Use Cheat Engine
Pick ur Char, then pres ALT+TAB then open the CE target to rf online.bin
Log in ur char, then press ALT+TAB Scan ur Name (Precise Name) in text mode
Scan result number 5 from up find the code that :
xx 00 yy xx ; yy is the move code, u add the yy into the list, then change the value to 100000
Done... u will be the strongest launcher ever...

Thats the translate, i will try this night, if its works i will tell u guys

It's not actually at the 5th line, but between 3rd line to 6th line.
In other Indonesian forum, they said look one with 80 3F code.

Dunno whether it's the right string, have to try. I haven't try it yet, temporary banned from gaming at home. T_T
