To the OP if you are still looking to buy a KTS account some 10 months later then when you posted please keep in mind that this isn't the kind of transaction that would fall under EPVP supported trading unless the account seller was willing to trade the account for elite gold.
Other than an elite gold trade if something went wrong during the trade you would be on your own.
