That also didn't work
This time VMware didn't crash, but rappelz at the normal system crashed
Apparently GG can't detect, if rappelz is running twice, but it can detect VMware und if GG can't stop VMware it crashes it-self, thus rappelz also crashes.

I got it working right now^^
VMware must not be run as adminstartor, after rappelz is started
