You can use Wireshark but most of the time you can easily extract it from the launcher since it gets passed as an argument to sframe.exe when launching the game.

Could you please explain the usage Wireshark

You simply run Wireshark to capture packets on your network interface then launch rappelz and log into the server, you can stop Wireshark at this point and you can click on the apply filter bar and type in "tcp.port == 9881" replace 9881 with whatever common auth port is used.
