Don't believe anyone saying they have 9.7 official for sale, I'm 100% sure all of them are scammers.
The only team who has the files is Revo and we never shared it with anyone, except for the databases.
There's no need to buy 9.7 official files, we provided you with the databases and you can easily update the source code to work with them and you'll have 9.7 like official files.
