[HELP]Xampp

Problem with XAMPP. Registration worked everything was ok. Suddenly it stopped working. I can't go to the site with registration . Writes that it is found. I reinstalled Xampp 5 times. In what could be the reason? 80 port is free.

use iis7 is better and safer .
