Seems like the backup is corrupted.

Did you backup it with MS SQL 2012?

How do we get the fresh DB backups? Im having problems restoring from Xij DB backups as well.

Seems like you are using MS SQL 2008.

For those who don't have MSSQL 2012. These are my 7.4 DBs converted to 2008 rc2.

I included almost every 7.4 Table because there are missing some in Xijezu's files (mixresource, worldlocation...). Perhaps the ItemResource is bugged but everyone is able to dump the ItemResource and i was too lazy to check it
