You May Not Create this Character!!??

i can make char but with old version 6.2 , but with 7.3 it says You May Not Create this Character when i use sframe for other pserver like rappelzinfinite .etc ,but when i use sframe for gpotato window showing up n the name of the window "Sframe.exe Entry Point Not Found"
The procedure entry point g_assert_warning could not be located in the dynamic link library libglib-2.0.-.dll !!!!!!!!!??????
