Setting up Rapplez server for own use

Hi guys, im newbie in this stuff im just a fan of mmorpgs love to play, iv been looking for some P servers for rapplez but some no work in some cant download client.

now to the point is there a WAY to set up a server not online but for own use like a fake server so only i can use and set exp,drop ect.

now i know its not easy for a... newbie but is it possible or maby using hamachi server. now iv been looking through the site and loads of download server files to chose from and i dunno which one, now once i make every thing do i need to download original client or something?

even if you set up a server you'd need a client...
