The error is pretty self explanatory. It is telling you that it can not find whatever database you've specified via the GS/AS.opts This means you have:

- A) Not followed JW988's SQL install guide
- B) You have not configured your GS/AS.opts correctly
- c) You have correctly configured your GS/AS.opts correctly but haven't re-compressed them.
