pnj is the french term for NPC so in one of the .lua files in the game server scripts folder there is a script that runs when you talk to the devildom NPC called by the contact_script column the the NPC table in arcadia.
In that contact script lua script it will say something like get quest progress and if it is a certain value do something (good luck) and if it is not do something else (go away or why are you talking to me).
So you would edit the script to do the same things.
Get_quest_progress
If Blah Blah Blah
good luck
warp to dungeon
else
good luck
warp to dungeon
I haven't done this because I keep rappelz, like rappelz the way it should be.
