What I wonder can it mean by an undefined function....hmn I wonder what it means to be undefined or to NOT EXIST!

Let me rephrase the error message into something simple for you:

Fatal error: Function mssql_connect() in: W:\var\www\index.php on line 25 DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!!!!!!

Now time for you to ask yourself? Why would it say the mssql_connect() function doesn't exist?

P.S.

You obviously are not using the correct version of PHP or you are not using the correct webserv, if you do not know what you're doing I'd stick to a PHP 5.2.x Apache or XAMPP

iam use Xamp PHP/5.2.17 yes.

Then try to delete the ";" before any mssql word and try the reg script

or make sure that you have done the "conf.php"'s part
