I was stood in City of Ruins trying to look for the npc's that werent there but showed on the mini map by the docks XD

Read here:
If yours says you are already logged in then there is 99.999999% chance that everyon else will have exactly the same problem.

More than likely but from what he posted earlier id say the server is the least of his worries atm, so just be patient.
