Need Help

On Rappelz Infinite my screen is shifted to the right by about 5 cm I tried to fix this by changing to full screen mode and now I cannot launch the game. (I know I got told how to fix on the thread about Rappelz Infinite but it got deleted before I refreshed.) Can anyone please tell me how to change it back to windowed mode without launching the game?

It's in a weird language that looks a bit like Arabic.

Fixed it i just pressed 2 random buttons

But there's still the problem of it being 5 cm to the right.

Still need help...
