The server isn't down because of poor PC specs, it's down because the Rappelz Server files are fractured. Most servers haven't fixed this problem or don't know how to fix it.

there is only one temp fix but it means using older files = wipe of everyone

the issue is known but us and the ncarbon team..who now left.
