Is there a possibility to have a Cash POINTS hacks? FOR example This private server the donate they have is equal to CASH POINTS is there any posibility to hacked it and buy all the donation in that Donation NPC?

For Example

Lord Kaho's Horn= 1000 Cash points

Is there any program that i can edit my cash points so i can buy that LKH?
