problem with certification server

problem with certification server
Hi guys!
I have a problem with the certification server in server files.
It can detect only the globalmanager..:S
the another servers aren't certificated.....
and I dont know why....can someone help me,please?

if you are talking about sl.rar.
sl.rar isn't the server files

you have haros's server files or sl.rar, both are broken, also missing tables in the db
