Question about build

I play on Swsro and i have an STR Bower lvl 113 and i want to make this build :
120 Pach (109atm) - skillz
120 Fire (110 atm) - imbue
60 Cold - snow shield
60 Light - grass walk & parry ratio

My question is > This build is any good ? Or sucks ?

your full str why you do snow shield then ?
you have enough hp with full str i will do 40 cold 80 light thats enough for snowshield i think
