silks rollback?

I charge silks in the day the server entered in update, and bought a grab pet... used like 3 hours, and now i came i see the pet clock still cliking and now i have only 4 days!!

the other 23 days or whatever it is i wasnt able to use!

do anyone have this problem? at least a refound, or rollback in the time pet... now this is fcking unfair, and ill chargeback if theres no other way. Dont like to be scammed...

lol i pay for it and wasnt able to use it, this is a sort of a scamm, im not guilty that the update take that long, what i know is that i wanst able to use 90% of the pet lol... ffs... a little of commun sense dont hurt anybody...

I have already said it in another thread. You want just TOO MUCH when you're asking for a refund/rollback. Say thanks to them ... they opened back the best private server.

one of the private servers policy is they can close the server anytime without to give you any information even and they not must to recover your lost items/stuff.

so you can't do anything against it.
