its himachi server it wont come online unless the owners comp is online. And you should know that the owner has real life stuff to do so dont ask when the server will be online.

License and copyrights are 2 diffrent things He can still sue you and ****. And he wouldn't own him self since only joymax can sue him

Actually you have. Decompilers don't decompile original source. All they do is read functions and recreate the code
But the project file still has the copyright

Decompiling commercial code is illegal. Lyzerk released his emulator for free(without any license, btw a (C) is not enough) so it not illegal, but it would be immoral to use his code.

But yes C is not enough But usually you can prove that you have original code

Euh i don't know but Lyzerk didn't do anything wrong, he didn't steal anything from joymax since he wrote the emulator from scratch, if you would steal server files (like ECSRO did) that would be illegal, same as using the emulator as a server...
