Well , after 2 months i finished my server :

- Jop level 110 ---> OLD JOB
- Quest based .. no grinding for exp only anymore
- level prove quests " noobs filter"
- rANK , a ,b ,c titles for quests
- kill and capture system " capture the mob and drop the scroll of it to ride it " :fuckyea:
- Degree 13 will be with very fukin hard quests.
- Premium town
- New glaiver , Blader , Bow passive skills to balance races
- New Warrior , Glaiver , Blader , wizard nuker 3x forces , wizard , etc
:Quest for Skill:
- Unique every 30 min with 50 unqiues are there
- New ARENA !
- Job based
- You can get all items you need " SoX , Novas , wep , job suits , pets , trans pets " from quests
- 3 FGW , Every collection get " SET , WEP , ACC " OF d13 , DROP INCREASED AND NO DELAYS

but w8 a second . . .
there is no any of new server now over 200+ , even myth and over-limits ..
the community is dead, pros are left ...
i see THE WHOLE GAME IS DEAD
and i think all this things i done is ..... waste of time only.
i don't want to waste my money to buy a brand new dedicated server for a good server ( i think ) under community that feel semi dead or 90 dead. even there is no more flamewars here

so do you suggest to open my server or go play C9 ?
don't want to waste my money , also my 2 monthS OF work shouldn't be wasted !
but money is more important !! xD

(every day new players come to play)
also what you done in your server not bad at all

well,everyone has their own specific taste and much of the people just want 99999999999 silk and 1000x rates.im not one of those.i just want to play sro cause its(was) fun and i have pretty much never stopped.i suggest doing something that is good for everyone.like quests that give quest points and then you can buy silk with those.and rates at around 90-100x so itll be balanced.id suggest balancing out euros and chinese aswell.

And made a investment so add all new stuff to your server
and buy a host for 2 months .. Lets stay it will cost you 200$
I think in that 2 months you will get back your money
And also new players will come
But if you want your server to have 700+ players
I think you need to run it more then 1 year

well, this scene was alive when MHTC, ECSRO and SWSRO started to host their services.
But after releasing the SRO files it ****** up everything =)
I stoped playing SRO 1 year ago. I only helped out for creating webpages, pk2 etc.
But i think you should host your server and make it puplic. It may help If it's good and got alot of new things the player are going to talk about and that's the way you get new players everyday.
But i also thought about a server, that contains a lot of features. From every Privateserver out there =)
And everything on one server ... but idk if it will work Much work.. =O

i wish the sro files were never released actually.it gave the pservers some uniqueness and a fairly nice community.but now the uniqueness is gone and everything is like a ****** routine.i hate it.its so boring.i only play on the servers that are 30-60x rates and oldschool cause those have that unique feel to it.

agreed, while we had the server files we were actually planning to make something nice. It was possible thanks to our high budget and rather skilled team, but then the files got released and nobody was interested in our server anymore because of the low rates (really, is 80x not enough? -it is 80x easier than real silkroad, seriously??-). So well there went our budget, and like that, our project failed. If the files hadn't been released only the people with actual skills and money would be able to run a server, now these teams got no chance because of all the smaller server who give out x800 rates. I can tell you one thing, you can't make an economically viable x10000 server, and if your server isn't economically viable, then there is no way to actually run a decent one...

you guys didn't get it ... 300 , 400 , STIL FAIL !
Silkroad map is huge 300 is 400 or eve 600 is low ... remember elite sro , atomix{old days} , nloody sro , servers was 5000+ , now some guys will come here say , " no my server is 300 not 200" .. LOL ! it is still FAIL !
with any excuse it is fail , thats why i am askin why the community is dead !

neko thats my point.noone plays on oldschool servers everyones playing on 1000x rates servers and all the oldschool silkroaders have quit.we need to get the oldschool silkroaders back.
