Thanks but I need auto patcher tool like,pk2 editor.But it must be AUTO and it must be patch with 1 click

just edit it using pk2 editor? If you really need an auto one, code it yourself it shouldn't be hard since everything pk2 wise is documented already. If you don't know how to code it, you can just distribute the ip and let users patch it themselves, if you can't do this you shouldn't be playing silkroad really

with Joymax pk2 tools you can do that
it is not a auto patcher but is a good way
aside, if you are a pk2 editor, you must learn to do things manually

since this was answered already with multiple options
