Need help a loader for vSRO ?

Hi all,

I need someone can help me code a loader for vSRO using C# or Delphi. I know there are alot of source code in C++ but I don't have enough knowleage about C++ to understand it.

In year 2008 I made a loader for vSRO (Delphi 7) with startup parameter is 65569 /23 0 0. Today I try this param for loader but error C8 occurred.
