Search a server which you like,
get some friends and be active there,
try to help other people and gain their respect,
wait until you are famous,
when there is a need in GMs on the server apply at their forum.
my strategy
Requirements: silkroad experience, good relationship to the staff and popularity on the server.

Can we know your age, please? Dude, life isn't like "oh I wanna a be a doctor, can someone give me a diploma?", there is a way until you reach there. You have a goal? Everyone starts from the beginning, no one gets a fried chicked in their lap from heaven, you have to struggle. To achieve something high, you have to be mature. Unmature people have a common property: they sit and complain about life, that it doesn't fit their requirements.

"Hi plys ym need GM plys iam know all GM commands plys"
see? way shorter strategy...
