SyliaSRO is a pvp server, so he dosn't have a website we just log on when ever he throws it up -.- he has a register site tho that only works with hamachi turned on

If he does something wrong tell it to him in a not offensive language.
Everybody makes mistakes, he is a human aswell ( i think )
Don't forget, that the server owner / homepage owner had 24 hours time to add backlinks to epvp at their website and/or register page (sylia),
that means to 50% they failed aswell.

Regardless, they had 24 hour's to add the link...ANYWHERE, even on the reg page, it just had to be visible to everyone.
Epvper's is nice enough to let them advertise here, the least they can do is add a backlink.

Does it really matter of there is a back link or not?
Epvpers is running with 3mil+ members.

This rule was made by Lowfry long ago, like a few months after the site was made, if the admin's were to make SRO the exception to this rule, then they would get complaint's from every section.

like those guys that keeps saying that serve will be opened but this day actually never comes ...

i can say this section will be improved and better with Bane's 0 tolerace to spam/flame/adverts without linkbacks/ and stuff

sorry to disappoint you but is not true at all , example my server have most of players from vietnam and another forums , not really from epvp ...
