Best Hybrid ratio for a s/s light/cold nuker

I am wondering whats the best. I am thinking of 8:2 meaning:
every 10levels I will put 8 x 3 =24intelligence and 2 x 3=strength. Lets share some opinions.

I want the char to be able to bot on its own not really fast but just be able to kill the mobs and not as weak as a blader lol. Also ofc I want it to be good at pvp.

for cap 110 , 100 lvl int and from 100-110 all lvls on str

hey.. im playing privet server 13d cape.. the problem is i made 9:1 hybrid int.. and my dmg sucks.. and peopls rapeing me like nothing.. i wearing prot.. fire cold bicheon.. looking for good hybrid with good dmg and hgih HP any one got an idea ?

for 110 fire cold s/s and full int

But if you are in armor, then you will get raped by spear nukers

well i suggest this :
for full int s/s-ice-light with protector or garment(if u have a good set)
for hyb s/s-ice-fire with garment...
now for your question 8:1 with protector would be good...but better take full int
