The login is bugged
just wait till someone emulates gameguard and than this problem is fixable

i have 2 pc-s but it only happens on this one :/

Dude like I told you the login is bugged so you could reinstall your os and hope that this fixes your problem or use another pc.

OR wait till someone emulates gameguard and then someone can fix the login
