Well the server is pretty much like isro just after the jangan cave update so the cap 100 update.
Everything works so the Fortress wars and jobs, euro's and chinese all skills work fine.
owh and I don't know if i'm correct about this but it also has roc? at least I saw his gate opening but it could also be medusa's one.

i saw gate of roc ruler and gate of sarin tribe opened so they both should appear there

Well you could open up your task manager and check if there is anything running which is called "silkroad.exe" or "sro_client.exe".
and check if you really start "Silkroad.exe" and not the sro_client.exe mabye you created a shortcut to the wrong .exe.
If that doesn't work you could try to disable your anti virus and see if that works.
If that still doesn't work you could try to use a loader like edxSilkroadLoader.
Anyway strange bug xD but I heard that it had something to do with the anti virus before so it might be your anti virus which causes this problem.
