The point is: Unbalanced skills. A channing distance of the Lightning Nukes have been changed to an AOE ones. Damage insanely increased. Etc.

Nope. Those skills are just adjustments to pre-existing skills.
He didn't add anything new. Even the "100% freeze chance on 25 characters in X meter radius" is a great example that those skills are ... not original and just too overpowered.

Skills like this are proper adjusted ones:



Well, at least IMO. Finding the balance between the one's self and other's satisfaction is always ... not such a pretty easy task.

These skills are from the original Devias.

I created them, they are nothing more than "master skills", you basically had to farm 10m sp or so to unlock them.

No they are not joymax skills, not they are not balanced, they are just a small addition as a feature back in the day (4 ******* years ago).
