Release Velestia website

So i got summer vacation now. And i got requests from some people that they want velestia website so i will release it with some edits.

Its not fully functional so far 80% works. I will fix the ranking part in couple of days and repost it here.


I will be making more releases during this summer leave your requests here of which ones you want.
