I already installed the chinese language from my xp cd and i restarted my pc already but the chinese language are not in the app locale why?

This is a better guide then using "Applocale" because some ppl cant get Applocale to work.

!!!NOTE!!!
YOU MUST HAVE CHINESE AND OTHER NON-UNICODE LANGUAGE PACKAGE INSTALLED! If you dont have it, you can get it from your Windows XP Installation Disk!



1st: Open Control Panel from Start Menu
2nd: Choose "Regional and Language Settings"
3rd: Choose Tab "Advance"
4th: Click on the "Language for non-Unicode Programs" and in default its "English (United States)"(or your language you installed originaly your Windows XP)
5th: Change it from "English (United States)" to "Chinese (PRC)". When you click APPLY or OK, it will ask immediatly for the Language package to be installed from your Install CD or if you already have it installed on your PC, just click "OK" on the Window that pop-ups, and move on to step 6
6th step and finale: Restart PC as promped after completing 5th step.

Can some1 help me? Because the sibi bot only use 1 skill and then wait until its use the same skill again.
this is really annoying. I already restarte. Changed a lot of things in sibi, delte the old char data. end so on...can u help me?

its like when iam in the game and pressing F7
