Hmm.
I'm 80% sure this can only be done if you have multiple user accounts setup on your computer. (Which I would never do.) Anyway there's another way to do this.
STEP 1. MAKE A COPY OF Sro_client.exe and name it SRO_client2.exe
STEP 2. Open the launcher (CLICK NOTHING)
EDIT: This step will be different if you use the ecSRO launcher you need to click ecSRO on the list before you start step 3.
STEP 3. Open Sro_client.exe
(Wait for it to load and press Windows Key + Alt + Enter)
STEP 4. Open Sro_client2.exe
(Wait for it to load and press Windows Key + Alt + Enter)
STEP 5. Close the launcher and login to both.
Tested and working with normal ecSRO. (I couldn't figure it out with fembria\vip personally I wouldn't anyway.) Since the ecSRO launcher has it's servers IN the launcher and changing the ips in Media.pk2 just make it error.
FYI: (windows key + alt + enter puts silkroad into windowed mode)
