my problen its that when i click "launch" on the private server loader on division 1 with only redirect ... it shows an error with strange letters and a (9)

when i try to open the SrProxy, its says i dont got the rights to open it even if i did it with open as administrator.. any help?

i got also the problem with net framework, but yesterday it worked perfectly.

i installed net framework and c++ 2010 and it doesnt work, always the framework error and when i want to connect only the loading sreen appears and nothing happens.
