Why Crash ZSZC when i login?

i have a problem, when i login with my Char in ZSZC and im in the Map, i have Crashes why its so?

Ich habe ein problem und zwar wenn ich mich einloge in ZSZC und mein Charakter auswähle und auf der Map will Ladet es voll ich seh mein Char 1 sekunde lang und dann stürtz ZSZC ab, wieso ist es so??

hi, i have the same problem.i log on and when loaded it closes..
my frend reinstallend and worked for him but not with me,
mabey you can try for your self.
