Hybrid S/S Questions

Hello guys.I am playing SJSRO right now and I want to make a new char to get my mind off my str bower...so boring with him now >.<
I thought of making hybrid sword/shield character.I was searching through the net and I found out that 70/70(70% phy/70% mag) and 80/80(80%/80%) can prove perfect for my needs.Good nukes for pve but most important very powerful skills in pvp having the magical strength of a int build and the pure physical power of str build and its crits.Tell me will a 80/80 or 70/70 build suit me for hybrid s/s? Or will it work in SJSRO?

i honestly doubt it, since bicheon is pretty weak on those servers.

Actually I met an australian player and told me that a 70:70 hybrid is possible and that only 1 sword skill was bugged so I shouldnt lvl it more than 6lvl.And yeah SJSRO is full of Glaviers.I wanted to do something different and maybe I should stay with a 80:80 spear hybrid...what do u think about it?
