SWSRO 1 DC Everytime

Whenever I log onto my char, just fine, I cannot move my char, but cursor moves and I still hear the music and environment sounds.

Why is this?

I have went to the extent to even reformatting my computer,
still this problem.

And it's not my graphics card because its a nVidia GeForce 7600,
I've played private SRO servers before, and iSRO, also maplestory.

Just all of a sudden it is like this. It is also this way for ZSZC SRO.

Any ideas or solutions?

I didn't spend $5 USD to not play....

I re-installed SWSRO 1, added the media.pk2 from that patch.

Still, no luck. It wasn't as bad this time, but still couldn't function..
