It's in the params of refskill, i would tell you param number exactly but I'm currently not home and I don't have my files with me.
So my suggestion, open excel or use google sheets, copy a line of any skill that you can cancel via right click, and then copy the skill you are editing, paste both the lines in excel or sheets and compare the params.
look for what's different, add, modify, test... you will get it eventually.
