mob with too hight dmg

i have vsro v193 and there is so-ok event of killing mobs and get 10 items for reward.
but there is 2 mobs with too mach dmg (250k) names is: "seal protector"
and "seal guardian" some one knows how to make the dmg lower? or even delete them if there is no way to make low dmg?

_RefObjChar has the Skills what the monster use search there.

The param should be 4 and 5.
