client not load

and its not error i see ever

Don't run your client on the same pc as your server files

Also, why don't you ask nefetis (his skype is open), he knows that

i ask him he also not know what the problem
my question if it will be on root its will work?

becuse i run it on public ip my firend try to login and its say server under inspection or update
for me its use this error as above

are you sure the shard ID is correct and that it's actually running (green light)?
