Is their is any way to restore 2012 SQL database on SQL 2008 R2??

yeah use the data generator wizard in sql 2012 and create a script to recreate tables, procedures. Then go to sql 2k8 r2 and execute it.

By data generator you mean Import and Export data wizzard right?!!
