Are you sure your pc's name is just William? could it not be William-PC? Try it like "WILLIAM-PC\SQLEXPRESS" and compile again. Lets see if it works or not. Besides SRO_VT_ACCOUNT, SRO_VT_LOG, SRO_VT_SHARD. These names can be wrong. It should be the same as the database schemes. It can be anything. Just check everything once more ODBC, Database names, Certification, asp billing scripts. All should include the same database names.
