Item Stats are all 100% oO?
Hey guys uhm i wanted to ask why all Stats are 100% is it a visual bug or what and how can i fix this ? clean items.. btw

yep, and it seems fine. It is most likely a client-side error. Upload ur server_dep folder from the media somewhere. Its easy to fix it. Itemdataxxx.txt seems to be lightly fucked up.
Easiest solution:
Put ur item name into there and run the query. You will get a line for the itemdataxx.txt file. Check if it is the same as in ur media. Check the items that u are wearing right now, since their stats are bugged. Assuming this is only fucked up client sidedly, it should all be working normally ingame tho.

Unequip item but still keep its stats

3) Equip the skd in your main hand.
4) Put one weapon in your off hand.
5) The thrid weapon in your inventory.
6) Switch the main weapon with your off hand (skd should be in your off hand now)
7) Switch your skd with your inventory weapon.
Cool You should have the bonus of your skd even though its in your inventory.
