vSro Update not finished. Please Try again laer [Errorcode 4]

Hi all. I have my own Server running (only play with friends) v1.88 now i read some Tutorial to update server via. SMC. It worked all fine i made this thing with DB too set all to "1". Now when i start my Launcher.exe it update to 90% and then get the error "Update not finished. Please try again later [Errorcode4] something like that. Download server is saying this:
CFileSystem::OpenFile() - È*ÀÏ ¿ÀǽÇÆÐ [FileName: d:\ftp\sro_crest\download_files\9_22\media\icon\it em\china\woman_item\light_01_aa.ddj][ErrorCode: -5]
CSession::SendFile() - _PrepareFileTransfer() ½ÇÆÐ!
error : SendFileTo : (null)
I know im noob and for sure this is a very easy thing to fix but im trying at dont get any solution even not in the forum i searched pls help me. Best regards~
