[GameServer Error] Npc Items when OptLevel changed

Im trying to make npc items for example +12 only weapons for now. So I go to the database in _RefScrapPackageofItem , and change the OptLevel column to let say 12 to some npc weapon items.

Every time I do that the gameserver gives me this error then it closes

ror data that is a magicoption level.[PackageID: PACKAGE_ITEM_EU_CROSSBOW_01_A, ItemCode: ITEM_EU_CROSSBOW_01_A]

If I change the OptLevel back to 0 in all weapons. The gameserver works fine. Idk why it always gives that error everytime I change the OptLevel in _RefScrapPackageofItem

does it just happen when you try 12 ?
Try like 5 and tell me if its still occuring.

Any solution do ADD Blues in SUIT of Jobs ?? Like STR INT 6 and PARRY and ATACK Rate ...
