Sro emulator error [Yeni Baglanti]

Hi all,i dont know why but my emulator gives an error,here are my configs:
Gameserver:
[DATABASE]
host=127.0.0.1
database=emulator
port=3306
id=root
pw=[i have my password here because i puted in mysql to and navicat]

[SERVER]
ip=127.0.0.1
port=15780

Loginserver:
[DATABASE]
host=127.0.0.1
database=emulator
port=3306

Navicat:

If its something rong say it plz know my error is:
When i open Login server,all fine,then gameserver all fine to,and when i open the loader all good but when apears the sro_client in LOGINSERVER APEARS THIS:Yeni Baglanti :127.0.0.1:4921
Yeni Baglanti:Means : New connection

And then never open the sro,yeastarday i waited 1 hour and nothing....


SO PLZ PIMP MY ERROR

Ah and i have .netframework 3.5

make sure nothing is blocking the new connection

maybe he need to open navicat?
turn off firewall

ctrl + alt + del in close sro_client.exe and re open? sro_client.

Still not working,i closed login frist then sro cleint and i re open but steel not working for me
