[problem] other people cannot connect to my server

i got my server and my client running although when i try to run the game from my brother's PC it doesn't work. I gave him my client files and i put in the privileged ip addresses 192.168.1.1~255 so all ips and he is in that range
here is how I typed it in the boxes
[192][168][1][1][192][168][1][255]

when he tries to connect using the launcher or the loader(edx) it says server is undergoing inspection

btw my server is running on a virtual Pc on my computer and on regular pc (not the virtual one but still same machine) i can always run the launcher without the loader , connect and do whatever on the server.

you gotta set up your server with hamachi to let other peeps to login,so your bra must be in hamachi.
if you've already set up server with hamachi then don't use machine ip.
