How is this a problem?

It is just showing you that someone with the right access, meaning a GM account, has logged into the game.
If you can't log in and it is saying that, then you have to add the IP Address to the database.

add ip on your PrivilegedIP list. Located SRO_VT_ACCOUNT.

if your gateway closed, try to change your ports and block old ports ..
