I agree with you about "reward to kill" but what do you get for killing uniques or jobbing? Ask this first from yourself..
silkroad it self did the same CTF we had it here and other servers In CTF doesnt matter what build you are, you will use it to get some extra kills so we made it equal to all the builds.
Lets say Str builds are good for Killing... thats why we made Job rank for them so they can get extra buffs.. same for Int [Uniques] so i guess its a win/win situation for the both builds.

I don't get what you want to say. Rewarding open world uniques or kills from jobbing is as bad as rewarding kills from CTF. The problem is that a few builds will have an advantage at killing. So I don't understand why you come to the conclusion that in CTF the build doesn't matter? It's not equal at all!

Battle Arena is the much more equal option to enable PvP to every build and even the "losers" are rewarded. Team performance is much more important than in CTF, so supporting is rewarded too. I don't know why it is so hard to understand...
