Im generally biased to oldschool stuff and lowrates but 3x, thats extremely low, it would take me like a month to be fully farmed and gapped? Imo, a "p-server" shouldnt go for less than 8x

Well with the perfect events and alot of uniques ( what gives u alot more exp ) it could be nice

otherwise its better when u dont reach the final lvl after some days cause then u doing alchemy until u have a good set and weapon and then u get bored..
