Yes ofc but the main problem now is that i don't think we have a old bacup of the account db.

I've found one on my pc its from 28 jan, thats more than 1 month, what should we do with all those that started after that?

If the latest backup is a month old, that says enough about how professional the server is managed. Don't bother opening it, because nobody will donate, now that it is known how you handle backups.

If you do decide to open, at least re-give every item for the donations that have been made after 28th of january. Although all items made are lost, at least the items that are bought with real money will still be with their rightfull owner.
Although that will rise the problems of donations made on accounts that were created after 28 jan.
